NATALIYA KHANZHENKOVA Managing Director for Russia
European Bank for Reconstruction and Development Prior to joining the EBRD, she held a number of positions including Researcher for the Wharton Emerging Economies Programme and Senior Expert for the Moscow State Institute for International Relations (MGIMO).
Joined the EBRD in 1993 as a Principal Training Adviser, before moving into the Financial Institutions team.
In 1999 she moved to Corporate Recovery where she was promoted to Senior Banker. After a short period in Credit Portfolio Review, moved to Moscow and became Director for Infrastructure and Energy, Russia in 2007.
