70 Experts to Speak at Transport of Russia International Forum

Russian Railways President Oleg Belozerov, Rector of Moscow Management School SKOLKOVO Andrey Sharonov, KAMAZ CEO Sergey Kogogin and journalist and TV commentator Vasily Utkin have confirmed that they will be speaking at the IX International Forum and Exhibition Transport of Russia.

Oleg Belozerov and Sergey Kogogin will speak at the plenary discussion Transport and Economics: Interdependency Formula, to be held in Moscow on 4 December 2015, with Andrey Sharonov serving as moderator. The business agenda includes the key aspects of ensuring Russian transport’s competitiveness at the international level. The KAMAZ CEO will, for instance, highlight the company’s latest developments, such as a new-generation unmanned truck. The purpose of the project is to ensure truck traffic safety on intercity highways.

Another key forum format will be the plenary session Logistics of World Football Cup 2018: Who Will Transport Fans and How? The moderator, well-known TV journalist and commentator Vasily Utkin, will discuss with the participants the key issues of providing transport accessibility to the main arenas, as well as the approaches to be embraced after the global scope sports event is over.

In total, more than 20 business formats will be tried as part of the forum programme, including:

  • Open collar discussions with deputy transport ministers of the Russian Federation
  • 100 questions for the Minister of Transport of the Russian Federation
  • Plenary sessions and round tables on various topics
  • Plenary discussion on the subject “Transport and Economics: Interdependency Formula”

  • Third Transport Education Forum
