UEC is a federal authorized organization acting as coordinator and operator of the universal electronic card issue. UEC is designed to facilitate and simplify the process of providing state and municipal services to the citizens in electronic form. In regions UEC invests in organization of services in the field of public transport,ensuring provision of services of cash and cashless fare collection system and accounting of passengers,including preferential categories,as well as recharge of transport cards. UEC will operate the creation of a unified transport card of Moscow region "Vezdekhod"
