The Federal Air Transport Agency (FATA) is the federal executive authority that provides state services and manages federal property in the spheres of air transport (civil aviation), use of the Russian Federation airspace, air navigation services to the users of the Russian Federation airspace, aviation&space search and rescue. FATA also provides state services in the spheres of transport security related to its field of work and state registration of rights to aircraft and transactions with them.
