The University has the right to carry out educational activities according to the programs of secondary (complete) general, initial vocational, secondary and higher vocational training, as well as further vocational training and postgraduate vocational training with the appropriate license available. The University has the right to carry out educational, scientific and other activities, including the ones on entrepreneurial basis.
