Research Institute of Transport Construction carries out creation of normative, technical, scientific and methodical base of design and construction of railways and highways, bridges, subways, tunnels, buildings, port and coastal protective hydraulic engineering constructions, including in an extreme environment (permafrost, landslides, mudflows, seismic danger, flooding and washouts of constructions, etc.), test and certification of materials and products, inspections and monitoring of designs and constructions, development of the knowledge-intensive projects of transport objects.
