Call for bids for the Formula of Motion Award competition is running short
Call for bids for the Formula of Motion Award competition held within the framework of “Transport of Russia” International Forum and Fair will be completed on 18 October 2018. The text of the Award Regulation, as well as a Bid Form are published on website www.transweek.ru in Premium Section. Participation is free. Completed bid form and the materials attached thereto shall be sent to the address of the Executive Directorate by e-mail nb@bd-event.ru.
This year it is the 5th time that the Formula of Motion, a National Award for achievements in the sphere of transport and transport infrastructure is being held. The Award established in 2014 by the Public Council at the Ministry of Transport is intended to promote the development of transport infrastructure, improve the level of transport services, and encourage state and commercial structures to solve significant problems in the transport sector.
Formula of Motion Award competition invites for participation organizations operating in the transport sector, as well as the constituent entities of the Russian Federation, whose projects and developments have been implemented within the last 2 years and comply with the following nominations:
- The Best Infrastructure Project;
- The Best Solution In Passenger Logistics;
- The Best Solution In Freight Logistics;
- The Best Innovative Solution In Transport Equipment;
- The Best Solution In Transport Digitalization;
- The Best PR-Activity In The Current Year.
This year the permanent panel of judges has been renewed and extended with such experts of the sector as: Pavel Kuznetsov, Counsellor of the Ministry of Transport of the Russian Federation; Valery Seleznev, Founder of Accessible Environment Fund, Deputy of the State Duma of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation; Valentin Gapanovich, President of NP UIRE; Maria Stashenko, Director of ANCO “Mentality Design Center”; Alexander Polyakov, Director of SUE MosgortransNIIproject; Andrey Morozov, Chairman of Presidium of IPO ITMS. Totally the panel of judges includes 20 representatives of the relevant ministries, departments, sectoral organizations, heads of research and development establishments, transport higher education institutions, investment and consulting companies. Chairman of the panel of judges is Mikhail Yakovlevich Blinkin, Director of Institute for Transport Economics and Transport Policy Studies of Higher School of Economics National Research Institute, Member of Expert Council of the Government of the Russian Federation.
