United Wagon Company will take part in the Transport Week-2018 with “Supported by” status
2 weeks remain until the XII international forum and exhibition “Transport of Russia”. The event will bring together more than 3,500 industry leaders and over 300 speakers. In total, more than 9,000 people will take part in the forum and exhibition. As the event approaches, the organizers continue to introduce partners of the event.
Research and production corporation “United Wagon Company”, a leading railway holding focused on design, manufacture and maintenance of freight cars, will take part in the Transport Week-2018 with “Supported by” status.
UWC’s annual production capacity is up to 22,000 freight cars and 90,000 tons of railway castings. The holding includes Tikhvin Freight Car Building Plant, TikhvinСhemMash, TikhvinSpetsMash and NPC “Springs”, UNICON 1520 (a freight carrier), leasing companies under the brand of RAIL1520, TAP “Titran-Express” (a railcar maintenance company).
The Company holds its own research and development engineering centre. UWC designs and produces freight cars, according to AAR, TSI and GOST standards. Deutsche Bahn assigned UWC Q2 quality status.
