For three days of the 12th Transport of Russia International Forum and Exhibition 27 documents on cooperation were signed.
At the 12th Transport of Russia International Forum and Exhibition, a number of agreements on cooperation and partnership were signed, to be complemented by several memoranda.
On the first day of the forum, November 20, Roman Vladimirovich Starovoyt, Acting Governor of the Kursk Region, and Dmitry Vasilyevich Rudenko, President and Chairman of the Board, Post Bank, signed an agreement on cooperation between the Kursk Region Administration and Post Bank.
Russian Highways, Western High-Speed Diameter and Northern Capital Highway signed a Memorandum of Intent.
Rosmorport signed an agreement with Novotrans Aktiv on interaction in designing facilities under the project “Universal Trade Terminal Ust-Luga”, and with Ultramar on interaction in designing port infrastructure facilities and Ust-Luga sea port.
State Transport Leasing Company signed a cooperation agreement with Russian Venture Company; a letter of intent with SKOL Airline to conclude aircraft financing lease or lease agreements; a letter of intent with ALROSA Airline to conclude a lease agreement for 2 Sukhoi Superjet 100 aircrafts; and, finally, the company signed a cooperation agreement with Freight Village Kaluga in transport and logistics industry.
The Government of the Ulyanovsk Region signed 2 cooperation agreements: with VEB-Leasing and Rostelecom (“Smart Region” project). The agreement with Rostelecom stipulates for mutual exchange of information and experience to elaborate the optimum solution for Ulyanovsk that will become a pilot territory of the “Smart Region”. The parties plan to determine the priority areas to implement innovations and elaborate approaches to transformation of the innovation and communication infrastructure. The regional Government and Rostelecom will discuss the possibility of conducting a joint audit of the automation level in Ulyanovsk and the region, as well as the possibility to evaluate the city’s needs, models to implement the elements of “Smart Region” project, target indicators and key efficiency mechanisms, evaluation and control mechanisms.
Rosmorport signed an agreement with The First Ore Mining Company on interaction in designing facilities under the project “Ore mining and processing enterprise on the basis of Pavlovskoye lead-zinc deposit”, and an agreement with Vostok LPG on interaction in implementation of the project “Construction of the transportation and transshipping complex for the transshipment of Liquefied Petroleum Gas in the area of Perevoznoy Bay in Primorsky Krai”.
State Transport Leasing Company and Research and Production Corporation “PANH” entered into a letter of intent for 2019 on the platform of the “Transport of Russia”, and United Transport and Logistics Company – Eurasian Railway Alliance” signed an agreement for establishment of partnership relations and development of long-term, efficient and mutually beneficial cooperation between the Parties regarding rolling stock lease.
8 more agreements were signed on the second day of the forum, November 21. State Transport Leasing Company signed agreements to transfer in 2019 Mi-8 AMT and Mi-8 MTV-1 helicopters in financing lease to Naryan-Mar Joint Helicopter Air Detachment, a Mi-8 helicopter to Vologda Aviation Enterprise, as well as 2 Mi-8 AMT helicopters to Abakan Air.
The Federal Agency for Forestry (Rosleskhoz) and Information Technology Center of the Republic of Tatarstan signed an agreement with GLONASS on the interaction procedure in exercising control over vehicles using Automated Facility Monitoring System based on ERA-GLONASS automated information system.
Saint Petersburg Emperor Alexander I Institute of Railway Engineering signed 3 agreements: on cooperation with Komposit Group and Moscow State Automobile and Road Technical University, as well as on the engagement of the university as a technical expert on performance of the concession agreement between Federal Agency of Railway Transport and Northern Latitudinal Railway for financing, construction and operation of “Obskaya–Salekhard–Nadym” public railway transport infrastructure.
On the closing day of the forum, November 22, Yevgeny Dietrich, Minister of Transport, Russian Federation, and Ashakyan Akop, Acting Minister of Transport, Communications and Information Technologies of the Republic of Armenia, signed an agreement on establishment and operation of the International Air Accident and Major Incident Investigation Bureau.
The signing program of the forum “Transport of Russia“ was completed by signing of the agreement between Yuzhno-Sakhalinsk Air Terminal and AviaPort on analyzing design documentation of the new air terminal complex at the Yuzhno-Sakhalinsk Airport with regard to the quality of terminal infrastructure and passenger services.
The number and scale of the documents signed confirm the words said by Alexander Yurchik, Deputy Minister of Transport of the Russian Federation, at the Summary plenary discussion of the 12th Transport of Russia International Forum and Exhibition. He noted that the forum actually became a working platform that enables considerable influence on development of the transport infrastructure of the Russian Federation.
