Aeroflot will take part in Transport Week 2016 as an General Sporsor.

Aeroflot is Russia’s de facto National carrier and largest Airline and operates regular flights to 131 destinations in 50 countries.

Founded on March 17, 1923, Aeroflot is among the world’s oldest airlines and one of Russia’s most recognised brands.

In 2015, Aeroflot carried more than 26,1 million passengers (10,6 per cent increase on 2014), and more than 39,4 million passengers flew with companies of Aeroflot Group. Through its hub at Sheremetyevo Airport in Moscow

In April 2006, Aeroflot became a full member of SkyTeam, the second-largest airline alliance in the world. Through its combined vast network, SkyTeam provides service to 1,057 destinations in 179 countries.

Aeroflot’s fleet, which is among the world’s youngest, consists of 172 aircraft which are modern Airbus A320-family, A330, Boeing 737, Boeing 777 and Sukhoi Superjet 100 airliners.

Aeroflot is committed to deploying the most effective information technologies to increase service quality and economic efficiency and relies on modern systems to power its Internet bookings. The company offers its passengers the most advanced self-service check-in options and in-flight amenities, including widening mobile phone and Internet access.

Aeroflot was the first Russian carrier to be included in IATA’s Operational Safety Audit (IOSA) Registry. The company also obtained the IATA Safety Audit for Ground Operations (ISAGO) certification.
