The global economy is quickly emerging from the aftermath of the economic crisis. Transport infrastructure is the nervous system of world economic growth, playing a large role in determining growth performance. Russia is geopolitically nestled between the crossroads of many fundamental transport routes and retooling the transport industry will sizeably strengthen the country’s competitiveness. The chief objective today is, after having attained the needed consensus, to find a generic idea of how to satisfy the requirements for the future’s economy as much as possible.
