Building of the Central House of Culture for railway men was built in the middle of the twenties on Kalancevskaya (now Komsomol’skaya) square by famous architect Alexei Schusev.
The architecture of the building incorporated innovative design and famous Moscow Baroque style, which became the basis for decorating the whole complex of the Kazansky Railway Station
