The conditions for participation in the IX International Exhibition Transport of Russia

REGISTRATION FEE

Registration fee (required for each exhibitor) - 500€

Registration fee (for co-exhibitors) - 500€ each

Includes: computer registration system, information about the participant on the exhibition website and catalogue, a certificate of participation and 1 ticket to the evening reception hosted by the Russian Minister of Transport.

EXHIBITION AREA

Unequipped area in Zone С (min. 18 m2) –  150€ per m2

Unequipped area in Zone В (min. 24 m2) –   313€ per m2

Unequipped area in Zone А (min. 36 m2) –   418€ per m2

Includes: space in the pavilion, cleaning of the aisles and common areas, security for the pavilion and one badge for 3 m2 of space.
IMPORTANT!!! The booth layout must be approved no later than 2 months prior to the exhibition

Equipped area (only in Zone C, min. m2) –  270€ per m2

Includes: space in the pavilion, rear and side walls, 1 table and 2 chairs, carpeting, a coat rack, a wastepaper basket, the company name on a fascia panel, the security and cleaning of the pavilion in the aisles, electricity (220V, 2KW), 1 outlet, 2 spotlights and one badge for 3 m2 of space.
