Tekhnolizing OAO (Open Joint-Stock Сompany)

Execution of State project Construction of the Pipeline VSTO (East Siberia — Pacific Ocean) of the First Priority has required to build an oil terminal in order to provide the shipping port in Kozmino with raw materials. For this construction there has been selected Skovorodino station in Amur Oblast.
Wagon preparation point (WPP) at Skovorodino station has been constructed within the shortest time — it took only 9 months, and in November 2009 the object was already implemented.
Since its implementation the object has been functioning in an accident-free and uninterrupted way.
WPP at Skovorodino station is one of the most powerful wagon preparation points in the Russian Federation, its everyday capacity is 730 prepared tanks.
The overpass may simultaneously admit 86 tank wagons. Due to smooth coordination of all services and technological processes, inspection, steaming and maintenance of all 86 wagons take only about 1.5 hour. Timely processing and dispatch of up to 9 transport routes are provided every day.
Exploitation of WPP at Skovorodino station in an accident-free and uninterrupted way is secured by smooth coordination of all services and technological processes. About 200 employees are involved in the continuous technological process.

OOO Neftetransportnaya Kompaniya (Oil-Transporting Company)

OOO Neftetransportnaya Kompaniya (NTK) was established in the town of Uyar, Krasnoyarsk Krai, in 2005. OOO NTK has been providing services of oil transfer from the major pipelines system of the Oil Transporting Joint Stock Company Transneft to the railway tanks at the railway station of the town of Uyar since April, 2006. Uyar pipeline terminal laid up in 1982 was reborn after its reconstruction in 2005. It helped to redirect oil transportation flows to provide oil refineries of the Far East with raw materials. Export of the Russian oil to the East became important in connection with the respective agreements between Russia and China on supplies of the “black gold”. Moreover, transshipment in Uyar made it possible to increase load of the Baikal-Amur Mainline. Crude oil loading terminal in Uyar today means hope for better future for hundreds of people.
Oil loading station is fitted out with the state-of-the-art equipment almost second to none in Russia. Service at our object is a consistent, automated, nonstop technological process of oil transshipment (acceptance, unloading into reservoirs, storage and oil loading into road tankers). Design capacity amounts to 9,720 mln tons of crude oil per year. Twenty thousand tons of oil are loaded daily as well as 72 road tankers. Today oil loading station provides supply of the largest refinery of this country in Komsomolsk-on-Amur.

The joint-stock company Mostootryad No. 19 is one of the leaders of transport construction in Russia.
