SOVCOMFLOT becomes the general sponsor of Transport Week 2014.

SOVCOMFLOT is Russia's biggest shipping company and a global leader on the market for diversified shipping services focusing on transportation of hydrocarbons, as well as offshore exploration, and oil and natural gas production Services.

The company operates an extensive fleet and benefits from increased concentration in the segments that generate the most demand from Russian and international oil and gas companies.

Sovcomflot's own and chartered fleet consists of 158 vessels of various sizes with a combined deadweight of more than 12 m tonnes.

Transport Week 2014 will take place at the Gostiny Dvor Exhibition Centre, Moscow, from 1 to 6 December 2014. This key annual industry event will bring together representatives of all modes of transport and include a series of national and international transport events.
Transport Week 2014 will feature the VIII International Exhibition "Transport of Russia", a Business Breakfast with the Minister of Transport, the II Transport Education Forum, the "Young Scientists of the Transport Sector" Forum, the International Congress "ROAD TRAFFIC Russia 2014. Traffic Management in the Russian Federation", the VI Russian Spartakiad Games of Transport University Students, and the "TranspART 2014" All-Russian Art Festival of Transport University Students.
