News of Participants in Transport Week 2014

Aeroflot Russian Airlines will participate in Transport Week 2014 as a “With the Support of” partner.

Aeroflot is the leader of Russia’s air transport sector and a member of the SkyTeam Global Alliance. SkyTeam serves 1,052 destinations in 177 countries. In 2013, Aeroflot carried 20.9 m passengers, while the aggregate number for the entire Aeroflot Group reached 31.4 m. In 2014, Aeroflot won its third SkyTrax World Airline Award as the Best East European Carrier. Aeroflot operates the youngest fleet in the world (among major airlines), with over 150 aircraft.

Transport Week 2014 will take place at the Gostiny Dvor Complex, Moscow, from 1 to 6 December 2014. Transport Week 2014 will feature the VIII International Forum and Exhibition "Transport of Russia", a Business Breakfast with the Minister of Transport, the II Forum of Transport Education, the "Young Scientists of the Transport Industry" Forum, the International Congress ROAD TRAFFIC RUSSIA-2014 "Traffic Management in the Russian Federation", the VI Russian Sports Festival for Transport Universities Students and the "TranspART-2014" All-Russia Festival of Arts for Students of Transport Universities, and the Career Fair.
