Valentina Matvienko welcomes the members of the Forum and Exhibition “Transport of Russia”
Valentina Matvienko, Chairman of the Federation Council of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation, welcomes the participants and guests of the 13th International Forum and Exhibition “Transport of Russia” on behalf of the Federation Council and on her own behalf.
Valentina Matvienko notes that the Forum and the Exhibition provide an opportunity for discussion of the relevant issues related to the development of the transport infrastructure, promotion of investments, improvement of the quality, accessibility and safety of transportation, the results of the first implementation year of the Integrated Modernization Plan and Expansion of the Trunk Infrastructure for the period until 2024 in terms of transport infrastructure as well as the National Project “Safe and Quality Automobile Roads”.
Matvienko also congratulates the participants and guests of the Forum and Exhibition on the 210th anniversary of the founding of a single transport agency and the first industry transport educational institution.
