Presently, the Bank’s charter capital makes RUR 180 billion.

Russian Railways Joint-stock Company (RZD) is one of the largest transportation companies in the world, it holds the third position, after the US and China, by its freight traffic volume. Rostra Insurance Company Ltd. (OOO SK Rostra)  was found in 2000 and is now a universal Russian insurance company offering its products both to legal entities and individuals.
During the years of its formation and development and under the conditions of the constant improvent of the legislation SK Rostra was always aimed at further extension of the product-range. Now SK Rostra is functioning in fully accordance with licences C #3647 77 dated 11.05.2006 for insurance operations and P #3647 77 dated 11.05.2006 for reinsurance operations both issued by Federal Agency of insurance supervision.

Issued by External Intelligence Service of the Russian Federation licence allows SK Rostra to deal with operations connected with using of any information within state secret when insuring the federal properties of the Russian Federation abroad which are operated by state agencies, organisation or any other legal entities.
SK Rostra has a paid fixed capital of 1,0 Bio. RUR.
In 2007 SK Rostra collected insurance premiums for more than 1,9 Bio. RUR.
